We’re currently looking for experienced piercers who are ready to build a loyal clientele, work in a beautifully run space, and be part of a team that takes pride in its craft. Whether you specialize in earlobes, curated ear projects, facial piercings, or advanced placements, you’ll find the tools, support, and freedom to do your best work here.

What We’re Looking For in Our Team

Experienced piercers with skill, professionalism, and a passion for the craft.

We’re currently accepting applications from piercers who meet the following criteria:

2+ years of professional experience in a studio setting
APP certification is a plus—or a strong commitment to hygiene and safety. Must be willing to get certified (we’ll help).
Strong understanding of piercing anatomy, placement, and aftercare
Commitment to sterile technique and a safe, clean work environment
Friendly, calming presence with solid communication skills
Able to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture

We stay busy here—and we invest in keeping it that way. We’re looking for piercers who are ready to meet that energy: open to walk-ins, bookable at least a few days a week, and willing to promote their work online. You control your calendar—we just ask for professionalism, responsiveness, and good vibes with every client interaction.

Golden Child was founded by Brandon “Sixer” Castillo, a seasoned tattooer who’s been in the game since 2007. With a deep respect for the craft and a passion for helping people express their power through body art, Sixer built this studio to be more than just a place to work—it’s a place to grow.

From his earliest days tattooing and piercing friends, to creating a professional space that reflects his values, Sixer leads with purpose. He knows what it’s like to grind—and he’s built a shop that supports artists through structure, professionalism, and a clear path forward.
